First Cooking Class / Primera Clase de Cocina
Anna was excited. Today was her first cooking class. She had always wanted to learn how to cook different dishes. When she arrived, she saw many people. Everyone looked happy and a little nervous. The chef introduced himself and welcomed everyone. He explained that they would learn to make pasta from scratch. Anna felt nervous but also very excited to learn something new.
Anna estaba emocionada. Hoy era su primera clase de cocina. Siempre había querido aprender a cocinar diferentes platos. Cuando llegó, vio a muchas personas. Todos parecían felices y un poco nerviosos. El chef se presentó y dio la bienvenida a todos. Explicó que aprenderían a hacer pasta desde cero. Anna se sintió nerviosa pero también muy emocionada por aprender algo nuevo.
The chef started by showing them how to make the dough. He mixed flour and water in a big bowl. Everyone watched carefully. Then, he showed them how to knead the dough. Anna tried to copy him. At first, it was hard, but soon it became easier. She felt proud when her dough was smooth. The other students encouraged her, and they all laughed together.
El chef comenzó mostrándoles cómo hacer la masa. Mezcló harina y agua en un tazón grande. Todos observaron atentamente. Luego, les mostró cómo amasar la masa. Anna trató de copiarlo. Al principio fue difícil, pero pronto se volvió más fácil. Se sintió orgullosa cuando su masa estaba suave. Los otros estudiantes la animaron y todos rieron juntos.
