Visita al Médico / Visit to the Doctor

Hoy fui al médico para un chequeo rutinario. Me sentía un poco nervioso porque no me gustan las consultas médicas. Al llegar, la enfermera me saludó y me pidió que me sentara. Ella me tomó la presión arterial y me preguntó sobre mi salud. Le dije que, en general, me siento bien, pero a veces tengo un poco de tos. La enfermera sonrió y anotó todo en mi archivo.

Today I went to the doctor for a routine check-up. I felt a little nervous because I don’t like medical visits. When I arrived, the nurse greeted me and asked me to sit down. She took my blood pressure and asked about my health. I told her that, in general, I feel fine, but sometimes I have a bit of a cough. The nurse smiled and wrote everything in my file.

Luego, el médico entró en la sala. Era amable y me preguntó cómo me sentía. Le conté sobre mi tos y que a veces me siento cansado. Él escuchó mi corazón y me hizo algunas preguntas sobre mi dieta y ejercicio. Me dijo que es importante comer saludable y hacer ejercicio regularmente. Me dio algunos consejos sobre cómo mejorar mi salud.

Then, the doctor entered the room. He was friendly and asked how I felt. I told him about my cough and that sometimes I feel tired. He listened to my heart and asked me some questions about my diet and exercise. He told me that it is important to eat healthily and exercise regularly. He gave me some tips on how to improve my health.
