El Regalo de Cumpleaños Perfecto / The Perfect Birthday Gift

Hoy es el cumpleaños de mi mejor amigo. Quiero darle un regalo especial, pero no sé qué elegir. Hay muchas opciones en la tienda. Puedo comprar un libro, una camiseta o tal vez una tarjeta de regalo. Mi amigo ama los deportes, así que una camiseta de su equipo favorito podría ser buena. Pero, ¿y si no le gusta el color? Estoy muy nervioso, porque quiero que le encante el regalo.

Today is my best friend's birthday. I want to give him a special gift, but I don’t know what to choose. There are many options in the store. I can buy a book, a t-shirt, or maybe a gift card. My friend loves sports, so a t-shirt from his favorite team could be nice. But what if he doesn’t like the color? I am very nervous because I want him to love the gift.

Decido preguntarle a otros amigos. Ellos tienen buenas ideas. Uno sugiere que le compre un libro sobre fútbol. A mi amigo le encanta leer. Otro amigo dice que una cena juntos sería un gran regalo. ¡Eso suena divertido! Pero, quiero que tenga algo físico para abrir. Al final, tengo que decidir pronto.

I decide to ask other friends. They have good ideas. One suggests that I buy him a book about soccer. My friend loves to read. Another friend says that a dinner together would be a great gift. That sounds fun! But I want him to have something physical to open. In the end, I have to decide soon.
