Visita al Médico / Doctor's Visit

Hoy fui al médico para un chequeo rutinario. Me sentía un poco nervioso, pero sabía que era importante. El médico me saludó amablemente y me preguntó cómo me sentía. Le dije que a veces tengo dolor de cabeza y me canso fácilmente. También le mencioné que no he estado durmiendo bien. El médico me escuchó con atención y me dijo que es normal sentirse así a veces. Me recomendó descansar más y hacer ejercicio.

Today, I went to the doctor for a routine check-up. I felt a little nervous, but I knew it was important. The doctor greeted me kindly and asked how I was feeling. I told him that sometimes I have headaches and get tired easily. I also mentioned that I haven’t been sleeping well. The doctor listened carefully and told me it’s normal to feel this way sometimes. He recommended that I rest more and exercise.

Después de hablar, el médico me examinó. Me tomó la presión arterial y escuchó mi corazón. Todo estaba bien. Me sentí aliviado. Luego, el médico me dio algunos consejos sobre cómo cuidar mi salud. Me dijo que comer frutas y verduras es muy importante. Al final de la cita, me sentí mejor y más tranquilo.

After talking, the doctor examined me. He took my blood pressure and listened to my heart. Everything was fine. I felt relieved. Then, the doctor gave me some advice on how to take care of my health. He said eating fruits and vegetables is very important. At the end of the appointment, I felt better and more at ease.
